The goal of this site is to establish a way, through all the uncertainty brought upon by the Reddit API fiasco, for communities to stay connected.

This is achieved through offering subreddit moderators (verified through Login with Reddit, which returns the username) providing options for external ways to engage, such as a Discord server, a web forum, etc.
